Was not satisfied with customer service. I decided to try the pumpkin spice latte. Firstly the cup was 3/4 full and warm. When... I mentioned this to the cashier he told me that's how it was supposed to be. Upon request, he seemed unwilling to put it in themicrowave. I recently passed by to take a McChicken home to my granddaughter after work, and I must say, my experience with the handsome... young man at the drive thru proved to me that the youth of today are not entirely spoiled. Came in the other day and this gentleman by the name of Alex took my order. He was very kind and respectful. Smiled at me and... even complemented me. This establishment cause my divorce. The moment I decided to go there was the moment that my life downhill. It was about 9:00 pm... on a Tuesday, I was accompanied with my wife and my daughter, we decided to stop there because we were dead tired and reallydidn?t have the energy to cook. We SPENT 1 hour in the drive thru, I wanted to escape but the place was designed so bad Icouldn?t move my car I had to wait, the people around the establishment were not the best kind to say the least, I don?t knowhow the manager doesn?t do anything about, but they were making us uncomfortable, after waiting for one hour a rude employeeasked us for our order, I had a bic mac and got a nugget happy meal for my daughter (my wife had lost her appetite already), Ipaid cash and he said he didn?t have change so he gave me old 3 cookies instead, the air in my car was really tense we justwanted to get the food and leave, we finally got the food and left, when my daughter opens her happy meal she found a HOT DOGinstead of nuggets, I didn?t even know they sell those, she cried the whole way to the house which made it worse for my wife.When I got home tired and ready to eat my bic mac it was the worse one that I?ve seen in my life, a money could?ve done itbetter. I never felt so humiliated in my life, and wife lost all respect for me that night.
