Horrible amateur early morning shift workers. Early morning shift here is a joke. The employees are not doing their job. Around... Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 5:30 AM. They are not preparing orders, they are simply saying oh I have a bunch of orders and I?mnot sure when your order will be prepared. They are wasting peoples time and might as well just close down and not even open ifyou?re not going to prepare peoples food or give them an estimated time of when their food will be done. There shouldn?t evenreally be an estimated time because I?ve been to way busier McDonald?s and my food was done in a normal length of time. Just abunch of immature kids work there. I came here and ordered food at the drive-through when I got my food it wasn?t what I was expecting I spoke to the lady that... worked there and she gave me a hustle and fossil about my order as I was leaving and about to give a bad review the manager Mrs.Tonya Harvin asked me what was the problem and she says that if I order something I was supposed to get it this is the way youshould treat a customer Ms. Tonya has 100% A+ customer service she shouldn?t be a manager she should be upper and higher than amanager because let me tell you I was about to leave angry and mad and she made my day better and happier Miss Tonya is the kindof person that will bring your business up 100 and pick it up from the floor instead of bringing it down once again thank youTonya and thank you for your wonderful customer service???? My mom waited for three combo meals for an hour! And they were cold when she received them! And to add insult to injury, they... gave her a smaller cup for her drink! Very unprofessional! Would give 0 stars if I could! Never going here again! Read more

I don?t know what the daily expectations are at this location but, there is absolutely no reason for a business to always have... something broken. The same exact machine for MONTHs! It has already been revealed that the workers Don?t like to clean the icereal machine so they instead tell customers ?it?s broke?. Read more

The staff's treatment is not the best, out of the employees, 90% will have an unprofessional approach to the client. Referring... to you as if they were doing you a favor or something. They all need matters first and then learn how to treat customers withouthaving a b*tc face and attitude for no reason!!
