Horrible experience just now while ordering the 40piece bundle. 1st only 3 sauce for 40 nuggets, then they didn't give us the 2... set of fries while it was included in the bundle. Once asked for the reciept the guy charged me 17.99 for 40piece nuggets whenthe bundle was only $15.99. When some wanna a be manager tried to help she spoke no English which is ok I spoke Spanish she istelling me you didn't ask for the bundle is not on your reciept so I said "how is it the customers fault he didn't charge me asa bundle when I clearly asked for it." She takes the reciept to go bad mouth me to her coworkers while I am standing and fullyunderstanding everything in Spanish. They are very slow. I honestly want to leave no stars. This Mc Donald?s is unbelievable. I always come to this Mc Donald?s to ask for freshly baked... cookies because that is the only way I will eat them & this is literally all I eat from Mc Donald?s. However, when I pulled upto the window to pick my order up I told the associate they are not warm at all and I asked for them freshly baked. The manageris in the background going back and forth with me stating that I did not asked for them freshly baked. Not only was sheinappropriate but she did not even take my order to go back & forth with me the way she did. Then they asked me to park so thatthey can freshly bake them so I did but I walked in since they were busy to make it easier for them and pick up my order myself.I wish I never walked in bc this place was disgusting!
