Terrible service. No receipt, got 2 meals then charged me for fries.
No dine-in available at night apparently at this location. Lobby with customers and ubereats folk basically laughed at by staff... for waiting to be addressed. Seriously having folks come in, wait for 5-10 then leaving... THEN MOCKING THEM for not doingdrive through. Other patrons commenting that it's a frequent occurrence. Now, I've been doing drive through at this locationfor a while. They seem to have great staff in the morning; but my confidence with this location has taken a hit. At a glance, Extremely horrible service. And not the first time. They purposely everytime you order,they tell you to park and... wait for your food. And when you say no ill wait cause you guys always forget to bring condiments. They give you attitude andcall the manager. Who also has no customer service skills arguing with customers to park cause there's other people in line.Excuse me I was first. And than they make you pay for a extra condiments. Each .50c plus tax .64cents. How low can a McDonald'sgo to charge for condiments. And than they do this all to make there little timer say they're taking orders fast. When. Horrible service. I was here waiting for someone to take my order but everyone seem so occupied with their weekend plans instead... of taking my order. This place needs help and a decent respectable staff. Instead of being ignored would?ve been nice to be ableto place an order. Don?t recommend this McDonald maybe just the drive through. Read more
Once again these people at McDonald?s were extremely nice despite that it was so early in the morning when I got my coffee... latte. They prepare it exactly the way I asked her which is extra hot, on a bigger cup, and with the French vanilla syrup Ilike. Price is awesome and the taste is much better than any other place. Read more
I would never order from this McDonald?s again instead of trying to fix the issue to keep customers coming back manager acted... aggressively and rudely. I waited 30 min on my DoorDash order just to receive cold food burned buns and top bun used for thebottom bun. Food was cold and I still came out of this situation hungry after spending $15 on just 1 meal. Read more
Probably the worst experience I?ve ever had. If I could give negative stars I would. I placed my order in the drive through for... two 10 piece nugget meals and both meals were complete raw when my girlfriend and I took the first bites. I went back in tohopefully get my food comped as well as new food because raw food can put you in the hospital. I did not receive a singleapology and they refused to comp my meal. It was either new food or a refund. The employee helping me was completelydisrespectful and gave me snarky responses. When they finally gave me my refund with no new food I took my receipt which theemployee thought was aggressive and he then started to lecture me about respect. EXCUSE ME??!!! This place just gave me rawfood!!! The manager wouldn?t come see me at all. Needless to say I left in a fury and immediately called corporate to reportthis. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Read more
