Went there on 10/30/22 at around 2am, placed my order through the McDonalds app for the pickup through the drive thru and after... 30 minutes on line and the cars not moving forward, I canceled the order and left. When I arrived home 2 hours later, I receivedthe receipt and my card was charged. Tried to request a refund through the McDonald's app and nobody was able to help me. Sothey gave me the phone number of the Area Supervisor of this McDonalds, and told me to give her a call. I called her and when Istarted to explain to her my issue, she hang up on me, tried to call her back but it goes straight to her voice mail. Very badcustomer service and nobody was able to refund my purchase. Read more

I actually work at McDonald's. The kind of atmosphere that we try to give. Is a warm and welcoming environment. For you to feel... comfortable to eat at this establishment. We the employee try to help the customers to spend less money with an expensive menu. Read more
This location is 50/50 chance of the ordered not being right my burger was thrown together and under cooked
This could be a really nice park if the City of Miami Gardens would revamp it. It has a walking path, however it's in the very... rear of the park away from being seen by anyone except predators. There's a basketball court as well. It could be a great parkfor the neighborhood. But, the community must take part in keeping it nice. Read more

Chicken was burned, No Lettuce no Mayo and They seem no not know what they were doing ? I had to come back to get my Drink ? the... lady forgot about it!
