Worst McDonalds UX. Missing items on our 3-item-order (#723) caused an unnecessary extra drive to the restaurant to finally get... all ordered items. No excuse from the staff but at least I got my stuff without any comment. Thank you Nicolas for being anon-customer oriented manager. I can't believe the 10-step authentication high-end encryption super covert top secret security mechanisms required that make a... place serving Fried Chicken and Potatoes unable to easily just have a customer's order remade. I emailed corporate and they wereunderstanding, so they sent me an email saying to show it to the owner of the McDonald's where my meal was made poorly for themto have it remade. Tell me why when I entered the McDonald's and spoke to the MANAGER the manager insisted on me GOING ANDGETTING THE EMAIL PRINTED.. after saying "I don't see the QR code I can't accept this without the QR code" and when I commentedabout how or where I'm supposed to go get this printed as though we still live in the 2000s and she was saying " I NEED IT FORPROOF" like. TAKE A PICTURE! WRITE IT DOWN! Why is it MY job to go get something printed after YOU messed up my order? Corporatejust said to show this to you? If I had came with a letter I'll bet they wouldn't have accepted it for X y or z reasons. Thenthe lady was like "How do we know it's THIS McDonald's are you sure?" Took more than 30 minutes to get a curbside order and I had to go up to the window and get it myself. The doors are locked and... only 2-3 people working. Service it horrible and workers are rude.
