Ordered from DoorDash to get fries and a chocolate shake. I get my fries and an iced coffee. I did not pay $17 to get my order... wrong. If you work at McDonald?s the least you can do is get the order right! Nastiest coffee I?ve ever had in my life. Itimmediately went down the drain. What a waste of money. That manager that weighs half a ton needs to learn how to speak to customers she will scream at customers that are upset that... they have been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food. The owner should seriously fire this manager because she does ahorrible job also allows her workers to lack off and speak to customers bad just like she does .10:50pm November 5. Read more
The only good thing was the staff were polite. They took forever to come to the register to take orders, causing a massive... pileup line. Then again took ridiculously long to make a simple 1 item order. Unfortunately Ive seen worse. Read more
I've been to many McDonald's around the world. This is by far the worst I've ever been to. I didn't get the receipt, order was... wrong and I couldn't prove it. Marked the order to sit and they've packed it to go. Tables were dirty. Ladies toilet had nosoap, Men's toilet hand dryer didn't work. The orders monitor didn't work. Read more
Restaurant is just like any other Macdonald. Only 2 things I can mention bad is they are constantly having problems with their... intercom and how they take orders... the outside farthest intercom is constantly broken and takes forever for someoneto plave anorder. 2nd thing is their outside space. This place is the worst in Miami. I don?t go often to Macdonald but sometimes I stop by to get some French fries or a vainilla... scream cone. Well, they never have Ice cream or of course vainilla shake. Today I went to buy some French fries and they gaveto me cold like these were there for hours waiting any victim get it.
