Cashier didn?t understand English. She kept asking what I wanted when I gave her my order more then once and was very rude. I... had a coupon buy one breakfast sandwich any breakfast sandwich and receive another for a penny. They wouldn?t give me thebreakfast sandwich I requested even though it is listed as a breakfast sandwich. Next time I?m going to Burger King right nextstore. Customer service is better there and they honor the coupons that they put out. The food quality is also better. Somethings never change. I decided to try this McDonald?s again. I asked for pickles bc I got a chicken McGriddle. They wouldn?tgive me pickles. Ok I get it. It?s only for later. So, I asked for syrup for my McGriddle. They said it?s only for pancakes. A McGriddle is a pancake I explained but I guess the manager doesn?t know what they sell here bc she told me it was not apancake. She told me they charge for syrup. Ignorance at its finest. Read more

Drive-thru line was very long but employees were very nice. They have two lanes to order but then merges to one.
The morning manager Luz has treated me so bad every time that I'm going there. I am Sr citizen, is not fair that I have to leave... the place and go to the McDonald's at 88st and 132 ave when I live in the area, this is unacceptable. She also treat bad to theemployees, I have seen this so many times is not only with me. I tolerate this for years , i think this is enough for thisreason I took the desicion of complaining about this person. Read more
The manager Daniel Luz is the worst representation for McDonald., no customer service. I was in line through the drive through... it was 10:55 AM but I wanted to order lunch the dirk asked her manager . She screamed at her saying no that she would let herknow when .There was a long line at the drive through so I couldn?t back up so I waited till o got to the window which was waypast 11:00 lunch menu.. she still have me a hard time until she finally allowed the girl to serve .. It was 8:34pm of 3/29/2022 and the Dining room was already closed even when the door's and web's posted schedule is 7:00am to... 11:00pm, I walked 5 blocks from home to get a meal to find that lack of seriousness. A Total foul play... Read more
