Waited 10 min at the drive through at 6 pm on a Wednesday evening and there?s no response. Figured they were closed but come to... find out they are just slow. Read more
This place is hit and miss. Many times the person taking your order is borderline rude, sometimes they're pleasant.
One of the worse experiences I've had. During the day the place runs great, but come night time, I have no idea what happens.... Long story short... waited 45 minutes, the manager Maria had deleted my order by accident, I asked for a refund because I nolonger felt like having it. She didn't know how to do that, she went to the back and brought me some cash (seemed to be hers),then I asked her to return it to my card..... After lots of words, disrespect, and even some insults, she figured out how toreturn my money. I love the place, but will never go there again at night. Night time is for Burger King which is a few blocksaway. They should promote someone else to manager, not a person that can get loud with clients and give attitude. Im sure thereare plenty of people that would say the same. Oh and she refunded me more money than my order.... no idea how, but she messedthat up to. Read more
The girl at the drive-through has no idea what she?s doing she?s so slow she looks super young traffic today was wrapped around... the block down the street backed up on US one they need to put people on the drive-through were communication and social skillsare the strength or during a time when it?s not super busy to build on that strength she was super rude to me she refused totake my order and discriminated against my disability because I couldn?t hear her in the window that I went to the first windowI?m extremely disappointed she definitely needs more training.
