The good part about me is that I eat everywhere but this has to be my absolute favorite. It?s not so much of the name of the... business it?s the type of business it is the fact that I have so many options. People don?t want the unhealthy items all thetime therefore you have to choose what is right for you to eat at times when you choose to dine out. I always order the foundersfavorite chicken salad wrap and a side of lemon pepper wings. This restaurant is located close to I95 and easy to find if youneed directions. I come here almost everyday for lunch I?ve had everything on the menu. The people that work here usually know what I want or... they offer me something different instead of the usual Lobster and waffles and grilled shrimp. I also order the jumpstart if I?monly stopping by for breakfast. My first time here I almost passed by if I didn?t see the mural painting on the wall along withthe company logo. As a first time visitor I was excited to try this restaurant however my mind changed quickly. The woman who took my order was... not friendly or helpful. They were "out of" 6 of the 8 side items and after finally placing my order with what was left tochoose from, I was notified 10 minutes later that they didn't have one of the sides I ordered. There was no apology just "Wedon't have no corn, do you want double broccoli?" I should've cancelled my order based on that and after reading a previousresponse I've noted that the owner doesn't value the importance of providing decent customer service. In addition, I am humoredby the ignorance in the owners response but not surprised because I knew it would occur. Several customers placed orders while Iwas waiting for my food so I was definitely not the last customer of the day. A refund isn't necessary as your business willneed that and more to stay afloat, and reading comprehension is key as I stated other issues despite your lack of sides beingavailable. The food is good however the portion should be larger for the prices being charged. And the customer service needs a lot of... improvement. A smile can go a long way. The young lady that took our order just had a nasty attitude even though I smiled andspoke nicely they can use someone like a host to greet and have a smile and kind words that goes a long way! Very neat and clean place to eat! The food is delicious and brings a different selection of food to this community. Being a... black vegan can be tough especially in communities that mainly serves soul food, but I was excited here that they actually offervegan/vegetarian alternatives. This helped me tremendously now that I don?t have to drive all the way to Wynwood for vegan food.I had the black bean burger that is made from scratch, and It was delicious.
