Crazy sauce containers ate filled not even a quarter of the way unlike all other locations who fill it up half way or more.... Manager said "I already know this stop coming Here every month complaining about the amount" number 1 I moved away 3 years agoand just happen to have been in the area and stopped by. Number 2 this means I'm not the only one complaining because she has meconfused with someone else. I used to go there often because my family lived close by but like I said it's been 3 years! It'sthe same Manger that's been there since i was a child whos attitude i guess has still not improved while i have been away.Alsoback then they used to give normal amounts. There were about 12 ppl in the store and 8 outside waiting. No one answers the phoneto order ahead. Then u wsnt me to wait in a 20 min line to get ripped off? The out in the container is like 2 Ketchup packetsworth of sauce. The quality of food has also gone down from what I was able to see and heard from the people around me. Customerservice and quality is not a concern in this store so why be open? Lady using register then preps food without washing handsand no gloves. I?ve been ordering on and off from the Little Caesar store on 83 Avenue and. west Flagler street for over 15 years. The food is... decent but the service is the worst there is. There has never been a time that I go there that I didn?t have to wait at least20/30 minutes from the time they said the pizza would be ready. That means an hour of waiting. Horrible. I placed an order through Doordash. This store never processed this order. When the delivery person went to the store, they did... not want to provide the order stating that their system showed that the order was already provided. When I called the storebecause the order was more than 2 hours late, the assistant manager "Lester" was very disrespectful and told me that I wouldhave to wait for a 20 pizzas order to be processed before mine. When I insisted that my order was placed first and that heshould give it a priority because it was placed before the 20 pizza, he just hung off the phone. Lester does not have theprofessionalism that is needed to be a manager or assistant manager. He does not know how to handle this type of situations dueto a lack of critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Read more

A cashier named Damileisy (see picture) is a danger to the public and the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I... placed and paid for my order at 2109 and not only she took more than 20 min to give me a simple pizza ( every person that camebefore me had been served and gone) instead of apologizing for messing up my order and the delay. This woman has thrown thepizza on the counter and started shouting at me using aggressive and demeaning vocabulary and mainly in Spanish. When asked forher name to contact a manager she refused and she was even refusing to give me the pizza I paid for and waited for while usingarrogant and aggressive behavior! Worst experience ever. Totally waste my money!!!! We order a custom pizza in store and wait outside for 20mins. The pizza... should have one side with mushrooms, Italian sausage, onion and green pepper. And the other side should have greens pepper,pepperoni, beef and ham. But you can see in the photo, there is no meat AT ALL on mushroom side. And another side only have ONEmeat and NOT EVEN HAVE ANY GREEN COLOR. THIS IS Definitely NOT ACCEPTED!! Read more
They hardly understand what you are talking about, you correct them, they give you what they understood and when you tell them... it is not what you asked for. they tell you to your face that they heard you when you ordered food you didn't even know theyhad. That?s annoying Read more
