Worst Little Caesar ever. They prepare pizza with no gloves. Orders take over an hour. Employee?s are not allowed to say how... long it takes. Saw one employee tell another customer they were going to put their order at front, which is very unethical. Itried more than one time this place just in case it was a bad day but still the same. Ordered pizza, waited 1/2 hour in the store, email said it couldn't go in the portal. She knew my name and that I was waiting. ... When I finally got frustrated, I asked and somehow they lost it between the oven and the pizza portal. How ridiculous! Ask ifI could wait another 15 min for a new order, I'd already been there 45 min! This store and the company needs some seriousleadership. I've been on hold with their customer service for 30 minutes now and I don't even think the lines are manned. Sohow does one go about getting a refund? I guess you don't. The worst experience ever I came in and the server was very nasty cold and rude no customer service skills I was just in there... at 11:35am on June 28, 2022 and I swear never have I been treated how I was with such poor customer service. I will be 100%taking my service else where and also recommend everyone not to go there at all. So disappointed with that persons customerservice skills they need to be fired or retrained. I would keep talking but I just don?t want to waste anymore time talkingabout a place with zero grade of customer service one person ruins it for everyone like they say and that one rep ruined it sheshould be fired. Wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. The staff at the counter don't care if you have entered there and have been waiting for more... than 10 minutes or just got it. Some will use facemasks, while others don't. There are no welcome messages such as "welcome tolittle Caesars", so don't expect politeliness at that store. Never go by the slot of 4-5 pm because pizzas nor crazy breadwon't be ready. The crazy bread wasn't bad but Domino's bites are way much better. The pizza was ok, at least well sliced andpepperoni equally distributed. There's no place to dine in or seat to wait for an order. The store doesn't accept bills greaterthan $20. Read more
They take forever to make your order, and when i walked in to check if after 30 minutes my order was ready. I saw that none of... the workers wear hairnets, which is disgusting to know. Coming from someone who?s worked in the industry, this is horrid. Read more
