I want say that this Carreta has a great leader ("Anays"). She is what you call a true leader. She is not only supervising the... location and making sure it's all running smoothly. She also greets clients in line; passes by the tables inquiring how thefood is; takes out garbage, if full; helps make coffee, if needed; gives you what you ordered; etc. I can tell that is in hernature. I have been coming daily to the restaurant for two months now and never seen a person like her. I recommend her for ahigher position at another one of your locations or in the event that is not possible, she should be recognized with a monetaryaward or a raise in her salary. This place should not be allowed to serve food especially in a hospital. The workers use their phones while serving your food.... Flies everywhere around the food. This is terrible !!!! Read more
Never got in, I was outside for 5 minutes and I couldn't get the door open with my wheelchair, one women inside at the coffee... counter just watched me for and then walk in back. Wheelchair unfriendly. Read more
The food is terrible! Doesn?t have anything to do with the other locations, the quality is really bad, they take away the best... of the menu ( crema de malanga) the rest it?s just inedible. Read more

Quick counter (after security in Mercy Hospital, its on your right) for coffee (Cortaditos, cafe con leche, etc), croquettas,... etc. Breakfast options available 7-days a week 630 am-1050am. Typical eggs&toast type sets written on a whiteboard. Goodseating if you're waiting to see someone and need a snack. Read more
