Placed an online order for pickup. Was given wrong drinks and wrong sauces.
I go in the drive through place a simple order and then am asked to park in the front of the building. I don't think anything... negative of it maybe they are short staffed and it'll take an extra minute or two for the order to be ready. While I'm parked atleast 3 to 4 vehicles go through the drive through and exit with food because they leave. I see for being taken to 3 differentvehicles that are curbside. Now I'm waiting 20 minutes in front of the KFC and decide on going inside to see what's going on.Still thinking they are short staffed as I enter I see at least 5 employees. I ask about my order and show my receipt but thewoman still asks what my order was. I repeat the order and at this point is when I realize why I'm standing in a KFC lobby afterwaiting on my vehicle for 20 minutes. Zero communication between anyone, zero professionalism cuz all I heard was about the backpains of one of the employees. The complete lack of energy of the employees in the place including the supervisor wasridiculous. I stood there waiting still for my food that I paid for and the employee tells me the reason it took so long isbecause they had to make my spicy chicken sandwich. Really??? Anyway finally I get the bag and look inside, of course theydidn't put the fries. Now I have to wait an extra couple minutes for fries. Almost half hour later I'm finally leaving thisgarbage establishment and will never be going back to this location..... EVER!!! Read more
Waited 35 minutes for an incorrect order, and the girl at the window was very unprofessional and rude, giving no communication... and you could hear laughing behind the kitchen. It?s a very new staff, or they just don?t care. Don?t waste your time, untilthey hire new people or better people, not worth your time or money at all. Read more
If you ever want to be completely disappointed come and visit this place, only KFC in Miami, that never has most of their... chicken. Usually only grilled which noone wants, don't even bother asking for any sauce and mac and cheese usually tastes likeit's 4 days old. Stay away from this place Read more

My kids love to eat this but guys did you know what KFC stands for cause this location don?t know they never have chicken after... 8pm so please someone let them know where they work. I just remembered why I stopped coming to your useless branch. What kind of trash are you selling ? First my so called "Chicken... Sandwich" is RAW. Are you insane ? Then my "BBQ Chicken Tenders" are swimming in what looks like grease and smells likesomething a wild animal wouldn't even attempt to eat. What is wrong with this branch ? Why can you get anything right ? YourSoda machine throws out more water than a kitchen tap, stop skimming on the drinks ! What kind of nonsense is this ? To theManager/Owner, fire everyone there, trow out everything into the dustbin then you should just close down, you dont belong in theF&B industry. All these fake 5 star reviews, only pictures from the owner and Menu, its total BS. Not one single response toany of the 4 star or less. I have attached pictures.
