I didn't see the stars of this restaurant beforehand. We flew from Norway, through Helsinki and New York for 24 hours including... transfer time. So we were there a few minutes before 10:00pm. We were super tired. My son loves KFC, so we got very disappointedthat an older woman said they couldn't have customers in the place, but we had to order through drive-thru despite we saw alltables were empty except for 3 customers eating. The older woman let us borrow toilet. When I went back and explored the menuwhile I was waiting for my son. The manager, another younger woman, asked me to get out with an angry expression. I told her I'mdeaf and was waiting for my son, but still no understanding or apology from her. I drove us around and ordered straight from thewindow (I showed her a written note what we wanted to order). Dissappointed that chicken burgers were sold out. Besides 3 cokes(ordered only 1 coke) and no drinking straws and no sauce and no ketchup. The tenders, popcorn chicken and coleslaw saladstasted old and strange! Worst KFC place we have ever been to! Order a combo in the drive thru. The girl said they don't have no drinks at all only water. Still charging full price for the... combo which if it doesn't have a drink it's no combo ! I told her to sell me the 2pc with small side of mashws potatoe and shewas charging me more. She said it cost more separate. As soon as I got to the window she tells me to back up my car so she canget my order together. I did and waited for about 10 minutes and they never got my order out. I just left. Place is packed, dining room has only 2 customers, 4 people walking around including manager who was cleaning tables instead of... opening 2 register! One guy cleaning door and another female walking around! One lady came in wanted to work but was not allowedto clock in! Older female had a customer repeat order about 6 times, and still didn?t know what to serve him! I was 2nd in-lineand waited over 1 hour for someone to take my order. Blonde girl and black hair male working night shift didn?t feel like making orders through out the night so they made up an... excuse saying that their system was down when in reality Uber doesn?t send out orders if their system was down horrible serviceand I hope they get fired but then a grey Nissan pulled up behind me and they took their order and they were able to pay theirorder with no issues the gurl shouldn?t work their if she doesn?t want to do her job correctly Read more
Worst case experience I?ve ever had in this location. First thing is they took forever to ge my order ready and they were all... playing and laughing in the back which you can hear from the drive through window so that explains why my order took forever.That?s is not all though we ordered our regular a number 17 which is the Famous bowl this bowl always brings popcorn chicken.But as you can see in this picture below this is a torn apart chicken that who knows how it was prepared. No one let us know itwas coming like that or told us they didn?t have popcorn chicken this is how I found it once I got home. Honestly it looksdisgusting, we would of understood if there was no more chicken I would of even changed my order to something better but no onetold us they just thought it would be ok. I went here for lunch 6/7/2022 KFC is usually pretty good for speed of service and I was able to get the 4 piece without much... of a wait. I like the green beans which they had and got the diet coke I usually do. You can dine in at least on 6/7/2022 youcould. My order was to go but 1 person was eating in. They are incompetent. Three times they have sent me the wrong orders. The last order we ordered 5 orders and they sent me only... 1 and that one was missing things. Also they don't answer the phone. Read more
Was ordering my food when the cashier was coughing and all over my soda cup & lid. Unacceptable and when I advised her about it... she just asked me "well what do you want me to do? Stop breathing?" This was right in front of other customers as well as themanager looking on and not even taking the time to correct the problem. If you visit it is as your own risk! But I do notrecommend this place.
