I have visited this KFC for years. I always enjoy a classic Kentucky Fried Chicken. Unfortunately the service and food quality... has gone down so much. This location almost never has anything in stock, barbecue, sauce, tenders, cup lids, etc. During my lastvisit, chicken tenders looked like dark meat, biscuits were burnt, coleslaw ok. The people who work here are inept, inadequate, and do not hold any accountability nor does the owner, Sayed Food... Enterprises. I contacted the county and BBB and they have not heard back after months of complaining because of themmishandling orders, hygienic issues, and incompetent staff and ownership. Read more
We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Every table was clean, actually the entire place it was. The customer service was... lady was so nice, attentive and wut goid manners that we were nicely impressed since you don't see this kind of service veryoften in fast food restaurants, especially in Miami. I wish I could give it less than a star. I took a few bites of the chicken and it was greasy and tasteless, the fries were dry... and stale and the biscuit was raw in the middle. I literally have food poisoning now. I will not stop until the Department ofHealth inspects this place. They shouldn't be in business. How this place got a rating of 3.7 is beyond me. I don't expect much from Kentucky fried Chicken. I got what I expected. Everything I ordered was cold. And greasy. The biscuit... was dry and crumbly. I ordered chicken strips with fries and the fries were ice cold and the chicken strips were mostly battersmall amount of chicken and also cold and greasy. I called the restaurant and they said bring it back and we'll give youfresh. I asked why didn't you just give me fresh food when I was there the first time, they said maybe it was because it was aslow time of the day. so why don't they make less food why are they making so much food and letting it get cold and thenserving it as if it's fresh. KFC continues to be the worst chicken restaurant I've ever been to. Regardless of which locationyou go to you will most likely be disappointed if you want delicious hot food. I don?t even know where to begin, most of the people here don?t understand what I?m saying. Took them 15 minutes for a guy to... come out of a corner and ask what I wanted and when I asked for wings I was told that they aren?t available. I decided to ordera tender combo and when I got the order not only was I missing my sides and my drink but they looked at me like if I was justtrying to get free stuff. Don?t even get me started on the way the bathrooms look. It?s like they look at it and decided to skipcleaning. Honestly it?s thanks to one of the female employees there with glasses that I had a somewhat pleasant experience ifnot I would have given this place a 0.
