The food is great but customer service not so good.
Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal......I got 3 pieces....alright......very SMALL...pieces. If you put all 3 together, you'd get a... single piece; it seems this is not chicken they are cooking...but PIGEONS!!!!. if you want to pay a LOT........and lose weight,toss your ca$h away at this place. STAY AWAY from the 8th Street and Sw 132nd Ave. Horrible service starting with the Rudeness from the Manager, she was wearing... black spandex pants, No uniform. It went wrong from the start. I asked if they could cut the chicken sandwich in half, i waswith my Grandchildren, she said that she did not have a knife to cut it. I was fine with that, i would cut it myself. I askedher for a 2 piece combo with 2 thighs, no drum sticks. At the window i asked her for the knife and she walked over to the maincounter and came back with a fork. I asked her can you please get me a knife. She rolled her eyes and went and got the knife andhanded it to me without even looking at me. I gave her $18 cash and she didn't even give me change or a receopt. I do NOTrecommend going there. STAY AWAY!!! Read more
All KFC will give you better service than to the rest of fast food places in my area. This franchise might be the only one where... the employees actually listen to the customer, 98% accuracy. So far, good grilled chiken and I love their cole slaw. Decent. Read more
2nd time this happens to me. I ask for a famous bowl meal with no corn as I am allergic and I ask at the window when they give... me my food no corn right and they say yes no corn, but when I get home there's so much corn in it that I have to throw it away. Read more
