Never got my food ! Called many times no answer and when they did they did not want to cancel my order
Lately I?ve been having problems with this location. They NEVER answer the phone. Sometimes they put me in hold for more than... 10min, pick up the phone and hung up, send my order to another address, and the last time they took 1h to bring my sub? It sucksbecause jimmy johns is my go to, but these pst experiences make me not want to order and end up going to Publix for a subinstead.. counting that I order JJ at least twice a week. Read more

This review is for all JJ's. Not this particular location. I put 4 stars but would rate JJ 3.7 stars out of 5. The... good: Haven't had all the sandwiches on the menu, but the ones I've had are really good and consistent. Pretty filling too. Theymake sandwiches exactly how I like. Finely shredded lettuce, all the other veggies and Meats/cheese are sliced super thin, whichto me totally makes a sandwich great. Food always taste fresh and it is made super quick. Even when there's a line, your outtathere in a few minutes. The bad: They only offer cold cuts, which limits my visits because my wife and my kids don't like coldsandwiches. So I usually eat here myself when I'm at work. I wish they at least had a rapid oven or broiler like Quiznos, subwayor firehouse.. which would also give them a much more diverse menu. They also have no sides. Just chips and cookies I think. Iwish they offered potato salad, coleslaw and tgibgs of that nature as they pair great with cold cut sandwiches. ????????????????????Well something about me I don't ate junk foods just try protected.myself, but you never know in case of... emergency. I spent my ???? money seriously at Jimmy Jones so tasty my sandwich with oregano lettuce tomatoes vinegar not toomuch mayo $10.50 cents not a big deal at all and couple dollars to the gentelman bring my sandwich, something else CustomerService followed orders just the way I want it then I am set for five hours until later on.I work very hard but concern aboutanything going to my stomach's. I'm conflicted about Jimmy Johns. Their food is amazing, the bread is just the right level of softness and firmness, the staff... is really nice and delivery is super-quick. I even know competing sandwich shops that test delivery methods in order to be ableto deliver more quickly than Jimmy John's, but to no avail. The delivery is via bicycle and the delivery guys might nearly runyou over while you're walking around Brickell, but they're doing their job. Also, since the delivery is very quick and viabicycle, the delivery area is not so large. I'm also mad at the owner for being a trophy hunter, but that doesn't affect thequality of their sandwiches and the people who work in the restaurant are always very nice. Read more
