I never even stepped in to the place and I'm glad I didn't, my reason why is because of the young lady who answered the phone. I... called around 11:40 this morning, I wanted to make a order to pick up, the way she asked for my name that's on the caller ID wasthe first red flag, sounded like she was being sarcastic. Then she asked for my order, I gave it to her. After that, she askedfor my card info, and clearly said that she was ready for me to give it to her even after I gave her some time to prepare, thenas I'm giving it to her . . . She literally says to me in an attitude and impatient manner "GIVE ME A SECOOOOOND". So I waited,and then I heard her explaining to someone in the background about my name on their Caller I.D. which was irrelevant. I just hadenough, and hung up the phone and called another Jimmy Johns instead. They had waaaay better etiquette than the one in thislocation. I had my doubt's before making the order here cuz of some of the negative reviews I've seen, But I rather judge thingsmyself with my own experience, and obviously it's understood why I read some complains about this location. I'm not saying thatthis impacts the other employees in there, But clearly the young lady who answered my call, needs to do better. Read more
Yeah they are fast. Fast to close early. Door was locked and place cleaned up prior to closing. They pretty much closed down 20... mins early. Things happen but this location also keeps changing the hours. I'll definitely hesitate coming back towards theevening. Read more
Ordered delivery from here. The delivery took an hour to get here. They marked it as delivered even though it still hadn't... gotten to me yet. It finally got here and when i opened the sandwich it was missing ingredients, cheese, and was not cut in halfas I had specified. Called the store to let them know and their customer service was sub par. This is definitely the worst JimmyJohns. I have ordered from other ones and have always had a great experience. Fast and tasty subs, fresh ingredients, what's not to like? Unfortunately, that's not the only thing that is short. Don't... expect anything but short interactions and crass employees. Fast also does not always equal quality. Many times I have orderedhere, ingredients were missing, or side items left out of to go bags. I recommend checking your sub and carry out bag beforeleaving and don't get influenced by their "freaky fast subs," campaign. Read more
So far Jimmy John's is THEEEE BEST sandwich place for cold cut subs. ALL the produce and meats are actually FRESH!! The bread is... REAL BREAD not that stale and dry type of bread. The customer service is beyond great. Forget "Subway" and get your subs madethe Jimmy John's way. Read more
