A delivery guy almost ran me over with his bike and then swirved through traffic and dropped a sandwich out of his bag. No... biggie, city life. I called the store, not to complain but to let them know about the sandwich. The woman who answered did notcare AT ALL and apparently thought I talked too much, (letting her know where I put the sandwich after taking it out of theroad) she said "Jesus christ!" and hung up on me... Service is here is always great and the sandwiches are always fantastic. Love the tuna and italian ones and even the bbq chips.... Also the commercials for jimmy johns saying they are fast to delover is no joke. I always order from University Of Miamihospital and by the I quickly help a patient the food is there lol. I love eating here. The food is great. Usually the service is great, but today the manager Ronald had a very bad and rude... attitude and told me to leave the store if I didn't want to eat the sandwich the way that it is originally made. All I ask wasfor heavy mayo and extra lettuce. He claims that's not how we make them, even tho I have eaten there on many occasions. I willnot eating there again when he's there. Read more

Is my first time at Jimmy Jhon's, my choice for the evening was a #9 Italian Club Sandwich. I can say that this is one good... sandwich. All the ingredients were fresh, and the preparation of the sandwich was well done, when I took a bite it wouldn't falloff. This place is very clean and the ambient is pleasant. Read more
This Jimmy John's is new and just opened up on the new shopping center directly in front of the UM Sylvester. It is pretty... good, The service is fast and the sandwiches are probably the best you can get in the entire Health District. The only negativeis that it gets very full between 12 Noon and 2PM, but then again everyone loves Jimmy Johns :). Read more
