My experience picking up my order was pretty bad. While I was waiting at the pickup counter several employees walked passed me... without acknowledging I was there. Since no one came to me I had to shout to get anyones attention to get my order and go. Myorder alone was wrong, I ordered ?Smoked? wings but I was given regular ones. You can imagine I was very disappointed. What Igot tasted like from frozen to fryer and smothered with the sauces. The wings themselves had no flavor do the bland taste withthe sauce made eating them unsavory. The wings here are a far cry from say going to a PUB or from Hurricane Wings. Chilli?s in Kendall Drive Miami FL is absolutely disgusting. We came on a Saturday afternoon and waited over an hr for our food.... The salad was frozen and the grilled cheese sandwich from the kid?s menu was cold. The 2 stars are for the lady that was servingour table. She was very nice and tried hard to make us happy. Read more
Missing 2 wings from order. Curly fries were soggy and cold. The Wings that actually made it in my order were alright.
