Islas Carnias is known for it's amazing food but poor costumer service. The only reason I go there is purely because of how good... the food is. The food quality and service has substantially dropped. In our party, two people ordered the fish croquettes and they were green... and smelled bad. Furthermore, several of us got I'll after eating there. Our waitress was great, thankfully she replaced anotherserver who was rude. She was the best part of our experience. First time here with friends. Had the standard Media Noche with a mamey shake. It was served with potatoes sticks that... apparently shrunk due to inflation. The sandwich was perfect... and so was the mamey shake. Love the decor, and great service. Read more

Horrid, I am beyond upset, went early this morning to buy croquetas for bosses day. When I arrived to work and gave them to my... bosses they were beyond horrid!!! Greasy, tasted like them ham was bad, sour all went to the garbage! How freaking embarrassing. So much for tried and true. 25.00 to waste, and me bragging these were the best in town. Tried calling the manager, was put onhold disconnected. Called back put on hold five minutes later told manager wasn?t there asked for name put on hold again,another lady gets on the phone repeats manager no here, manager no here, when I ask for the managers they hung up on me.Unbelievable!!!
