The evening started on Friday 11:00pm +. We sat & waited on a table. I don't remenber both names because they never gave them... out . It was a man and a heavy set women! She talked all the time, He was more quieter and observant. They pass us over and satother folks. iI then complained and he corrected his mistake. I order crepes for my wife. I had coffee as well as her. When thebill came I noticed that he had over charged me. I then! let it go and promise myself not to return while this two; workedthere. I ordered an online meal today which said it would be ready at 12:11. I came in at 12:10 and told them my name. After about 20... minutes of sitting after the pickup time I ask what?s going on where then the lady proceeds to ask me for my name again. Afteranother 20 minutes I get my meal and am missing two shakes which has now made me wait another 15 with no response. I would nevercome back here to eat in or out anywhere worst ihop experience I have ever had and I come to ihop once a week for over twoyears. we used to come here a lot, usually late nights a few months ago. we took a break & recently started coming late nights again.... i?ve definitely noticed the quality of service & food has gone down. it?s a shame bc this location was one of our favorites buti guess we?ll find another place for late night cravings. On June 30 my family and I went to have something to eat the waiter started good he came and said it was going to be little slow... cause there was only 1 cook and this is only at 9:45 pm. Food was served, and he said he was coming back with the gravy for thesteak after that never so him again finish eating try to get to pay the bill and no show i stand in front of the register for 25min. and nothing i told the other waiter to call the other guy twice and no show. the service sucks the food bad i won't begoing there anymore. Awful experience!!! Never again. Visiting from out of town for the holiday Thanksgiving weekend and the food was disgusting,... over cooked, coffee super cold and the most awful service in the world; STAFF LACKING ON COMMON SENSE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
