Saturday breakfast was a flop. Great Hostess at entrance . But food was terrible. We love I hop for breakfast but the greasiest... plate I have ever been served . I felt like they dropped a can of oil on my food . I padded my hash browns eggs with napkins soI could eat breakfast. Place was packed and service was ok although 20 minutes after eating we got the check as we had to sitand wait . But understanding they were quite busy . But the food was just terrible . Mind you . When we ordered our food placewas pretty empty . It?s was only later that it got packed with patrons . This location should be shut down. Today was the second time we walk out of this location without being served. I don?t know if... I look too white or what the issue is. We had been seated and 4 other tables that arrived afterwards had their order taken. When I asked the waitress to acknowledge our existence she snubbed me. It?s unbelievable to see this place is actually allowedto operate by the franchise. Read more
Visited this location on a Friday morning around 9:30 am. I live further up North and the Ihop by my house would put this one to... shame. As a matter of fact my home Ihop staff should visit this one and show them how an establishment should be runned. When wegot there the place smelled damp like maybe there was a leak and the smell was still in the carpet. When seated at our table thecoffee pot was dirty so I requested another pot and the utensils were also dirty, we just grabbed a new set from a table next tous. They only had one pancake syrup available the original. Why? Ihop is known for their multiple syrups. It took them foreverto bring out our food. I have never waited soo long for breakfast. Then the waiter forgot the side of ham my sister ordered andtook forever to bring out my protein lemon blueberry pancakes. When my pancakes did come to our table they looked sad, nothinglike how they are made at my home Ihop. Our hash browns were burnt and they gave us infant portions of eggs. It's like the cookmade three eggs and split it into two plates. My sirloin steak tips was not very good. Plus they short changed me on the onionsand mushrooms that come on top of steak. When our waiter brought our food especially my pitiful looking pancakes he sat it onthe table like he knew they looked terrible. I will never visit this location again. After 20 years I came back to Miami and found IHOP. I remember like it was yesterday, good food, good service and great price!
WORST ran business I have ever experienced. Unabashedly understaffed. There is ONE Latina, Claudia, a waitress waiting ALL the... tables so you will definitely have to wait. If you arrive on a lucky day there may be 2. Staff looks miserable. Never smiles.Always running out of everything. Apparently, this location does not have ApplePay anymore so I was told to go to an atm toattain cash. I returned and paid for my order and the cashier said she doesn?t have change and expected me to leave without mymoney. Once I requested my receipt the waitress serving tables dug into the trash rummaging through for my receipt which Iassume she planned to provide me out of the trash. When that failed she went back to her computer printed the receipt and wentto ?look? for change. Subsequently, she returned to her tables WITHOUT washing her hands. This occurred while a phone call for a?To-Go? order was being placed, but unfortunately there was a bad connection and Claudia could not hear the customer so Iwitnessed her hang up on the customer. The customer tried to call back and Claudia proclaimed, ?I?m not answering. I don?t havetime for games.? The phone rang several other times and I tried to call as well to no avail. Once the rest of my change wasprovided I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The running water barely works and it is very difficult to properly wash yourhands. With 7 tables seated, the dining area was left unattended for quite some time as shown in the photos below. The diningarea was so neglected, 2 elderly ladies who were not greeted, felt obligated to seat themselves upon arrival. Unfortunately,this appears to be a typical practice. The manager Anthony is nonexistent, and therefore totally oblivious to any of this. Hesits in the back clueless as to how horrible the establishment is being ran. I am a waiter I know what I am talking about the attitude of this waitress you do not greet you arrive with a bad attitude you... wanted to take the order of immediately I bother you that we were not immediately ready then you left us last and in a bad wayyou came to the table to take the order ! First, every client has the right to ask, and more if it is the first time that theyvisit the place and have time to decide as a family, it does not have to bother you. You work as a waitress. Horrible experience, walked in and from the back of the building a worker was gesturing with two fingers and pointing for us to... come sit at a booth. He did not greet us once seated. He only pointed at a QR code on the table to download the menu from ourphones. We ordered our food, both specifying to cook the hash browns well done and extra crispy. We also asked for Americancheese on the eggs. Please see photos. When the food came out I could not believe they dropped a single slice of American cheeseover cold eggs and served it that way. The hash browns underneath appeared to not even have been cooked. Unfortunately we didnot eat there and left. If that were my first time going to an IHOP I would never go back EVER. Read more
Don't bother with this one..quick seating, but long waiting for service. Had my coffee, no utensils, waited 5 mins for my... utensils. After 30min waiting for my food. Finally having my food. Didn't bother asking if everything is OK or needing anythingelse. For the service Didn't want to leave tip because of poor service. Oh, by the way. We received a very bad attitude from theserver.
