My husband and I use to go here a lot when we lived in North Miami. Now that we moved to Palm Beach, it's been so hard to find a... great sushi restaurant that has both great customer service and great food. We were down there this weekend and had stop here. The food and service is just how remembered it. It was so good and I didn't realize how much I missed it, that I bought a largeside of their dressing. Love this place. You never be disappointed in what you order or the service. Thank you for maintaining ahigh quality and standard in such a new weird norm. Read more
Let?s say we?re not coming back here. Mind you I?ve been coming here since 2006. Last time we came we had a similar experience... but I figured let?s give them another try. That was a mistake, took 30 minutes before someone came to acknowledge us, they tookforever to bring the food ,and drinks?. This place has gone down in the service department?. A modern and chic sushi bar close to the beach, with excellent food and excellent portions. Went out to eat with the family, we... ordered a sushi lover's boat for three and a few plates, and although everything was great, the boat stole the show. Service isa bit on the slow side, but not egregiously so for a sushi place. Servers were quite polite and serviceable, props toJesson. Hellooo!!! I have been coming to hiro for over ten years and last night was one of my ?lets go for sushi? nights. I usually... feel very welcome when I come here. Very attentive staff. Sushi is fenomenal. Nice atmosphere. Decent prices. Some of my favare the classic miso soup, volcano roll, tuna crispy rice, whole maine lobster, tuna tartare... Hiro have a great culinarystaff!!! Last night was super bowl 2022 and today is valentines day. So it was kind of mix emotions paring with greatsushi. We had seafood soup, hamachi tartare, of course tuna crispy rice and volcano. We had 4 servers tonight!!!!! Just one works, the first waiter took our order and disappeared from the restaurant, they took our... order again like 3 times, the manager, another waiter and finally a waitress, I don't remember her name but she brought us allour order instantly. They takes a long time to remove the empty plates from the table and the bathroom is very dirty andwithout toilet paper. Read more
One of my favourite places in Miami! This Japanese restaurant is great, and service here is wonderful. A very extensive menu,... many dishes, there's really a lot to choose from. We ordered ?Coral Reef Roll?, it was very delicious, crispy with a lot offish. Also, we ordered ?Sushi Nigiri Double Deluxe?. It was a nice choice, very generous portion served with miso soup, wereally liked it! Here we also ordered nigiri uni (urchin) and yellow tail. Everything was fresh and tasty.
