Customer Service here is hit and miss, and for the life of me i can't understand why. Its just ice cream guys... it isnt rocket... science. To many unemployed people are around to be settling for substandard service from miserable employees. Consistencyshould also be the goal of any franchise, instead the goal here seems to be providing the worst experience that they possiblycan especially if your on a late flight. Hello, Last week I went to Haagen-Dazs to order my shake. As I get there around 9:40 pm and want to order a shake, the woman... that got my order told me "Oh you are late to order your shake". This location closes at 11 pm and the staff refuse to take myorder because I got there "late". The gentleman that was there was going to take my order until a woman with black hair that waswith him gave him the look of not doing it. This is totally unacceptable to not provide service, especially when closing timewas one hour away. I would have given zero stars but its required to put one to post. Sincerely, Sharom Read more
