Beyond shocked by the TERRIBLE customer service experience I just received. This is one of my favorite places being a regular. I... placed an order over Uber eats and tried calling for the past 30 minutes to make sure my order was correct. The rude man whoanswered the phone was busy doing something else, snarky and said there?s no order and hung up the phone while I was midsentence. I have an order seeing how the driver is already at the location. I called back to explain I have an order and thisman decided to get loud with me and say I?m not going to argue with you over the phone and hung up again. I called a third timeand he was just nasty and passed the phone to a woman who I could already tell felt overwhelmed and apologized on his behalf andKNEW what customer service was. She explained that they?re very busy but that is no excuse to speak to anyone like that, letalone a customer. If you can?t handle it then you shouldn?t work there and TBH the man sounded like the owner of the store andboth of them didn?t answer me asking if he was. I will NEVER eat here again, that was disgusting, negative and foul and if thatwas just an employee he should be fired. Read more

My daughter and I came here when it first opened and were very pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. We have been... back a few times since to take out food for home. We had an Allergy and a Diabetes concoction and wraps. I really liked theturkey wrap! I think she got the chicken wrap. Nice, clean place! The staff were always friendly. Ordered a $10 veggie burger. It?s extra $ if you want a slice of cheese so I skipped the cheese. It tasted pretty good. The... place is spacious and bright. Nice outdoor area. They attempt to have some specials and do a happy hour. I probably won?t behere as often as I would like because of the pricing. Read more
