I ordered Picania ( steak) at waiters recommendation. He said it?s nice and tender? It was harder than a car tire. Barely... managed to cut a slice with knife but it was impossible to chew. I went to the Manger and explained the issue. So he gave me 10min educational briefing on types of meat and tenderness of same. Finally, I agreed to take chicken stroganoff for replacementas I was hungry and in rush. That chicken wasn?t much softer? . Actually it was hardest chicken meat I ever had. Hidden Brazilian gem in Midtown Miami! I've been living in the neighborhood for 3 years, and Giraldas is absolutely one of my... FAVORITE everyday spots! Customer service and quality of food never disappoints. The best burgers in town! The meat is grilledand always fresh!!! Also the spring salad, grilled platters, and drinks are so good, lit, and to die for! Owner and staff aresuper down to earth and most importantly: they are always open to receive guests feedback!! Worst customer service ever!! How it possible to pay for food and the food is poor quality ordered a palomilla it was harder... that a piece of wood and cold my girlfriend ordered a chicken breast cold and over cooked ask them to made them again chefovercooked both of them again went to ask for a refund and the cashier tha lady taking orders had a really bad attitude overthis situation even insulted me! Thank god the other guy working here got there to calm the situation but the lady still goingsaying really bad things to me and my girlfriend with a unprofessional attitude! She should be fire!! We love Brazilian food, and used to love giraffes but last time we went there the meat came completely raw and we sent back to... the kitchen for a little bit more cooking and that?s how they sent back the meat, completely burnt, excluding the fact that thegrill was already leaving the meat with a burned taste!
