I called to request my online order be changed to delivery and advised that I would pay the difference for the delivery. I am... located next to the restaurant literally. The gentleman whom answered the phone advised that b/c my order was originally orderedfor pickup it could not be changed and they had no one available to make a delivery (not the lunch rush time). Restaurants orany hospitality establishment must during these tough economic times DELIVER to their customers especially regulars. Sadly theylost my regular weekly business along with other co-workers as well. Read more
Very average tuna sandwich Unfortunately I could tell that the sandwich and ingredients were made fresh but the tuna.. a bit... fishy. I don't think it was Albacore . Great salads, actually extremely excellent salads. I have nothing against spanish speaking people, I have children with a one,... but I have something against a business that doesn't employ at least 1 english speaking person for english speakingcustomers. This salad bar has some very fresh ingredients. The staff is quick and friendly too. The other options of food I have not... tried, but I regularly get a salad, and it typically is always on point. $12 for a salad is how much a big salad costs withoutany protein. Unfortunately this is the third chance I have given them to provide a good service . My orders are always incomplete, they say... they will contact me back after being in the phone for more that 40 min. Because they ?can?t find a manager?. At the beginning Ididn?t care about a refund , I wanted to give them the opportunity to complete what was wrong, people make mistake. After beingfrustrated by the wait and hold time, and rudeness of the employee on the phone I asked for a refund, never got it. I even sentpictures of my incomplete meal, missing items I paid a lot of money to add on , poorly packed , and cold ,( the protein) . Sorrybut I do not recommend this place , not worth the time or the money. Read more
The atmosphere and the food was perfect!! Not only did the food look fresh but it tasted really fresh. I'll be coming back soon
