My husband and I frequently visit Gauchos. It is near our home, the food is good, and the service is pleasant. I noticed a lot... of negative reviews about the service which unfortunately it appears that some of the patrons do not understand the restaurantservice model. Basically, it runs like a tapas market bar where you place your order at the register and the food is broughtout to you. It is not your typical restaurant where you sit down and they take your order. All the service personnel that wehave encountered in the many years we’ve been visiting the restaurant have been pleasant. Fabiola, is usually our server. Shealways serves us with a smile and is happy to get us any additional items we may need. She is wonderful. So if you’re planninga visit to Gauchos, which I recommend, just keep in mind that it is not your regular sit down service restaurant. It is amarket model where you can enjoy great wine at great prices, great food, and service with a smile. Read more

Be careful with your credits cards! I’m writing this review on behalf of my 84 year old mother who today was charged two... different charges for a total of nearly $50. What may not seem much to many it’s A LOT for and elderly person! They told usthe charges were made a couple of months ago and there was a problem and today is when the bank paid. My mother spends a greatdeal of time in Spain and while this may or may not be true we asked for proof as any legit company should be able to provideand the person that answer the phone said she didn’t know when the charges were made, to look at my statement to see thatthey weren’t charge. Is my mother suppose to look at every month for the year? Besides were those charges even really made?All we want is proof! Do you not keep your receipts as any company should? If you can give me proof of the charges I will gladlydelete this review. You CAN NOT make a charge and then refuse to show proof of it! Read more
