First time there and I was really excited. English is my first language and I tend to struggle with Spanish most of the time.... The girl at the counter said she didn?t understand English so I had to talk to her in Spanish I tried my best and she still gotmy order wrong. I spent $75 dollars plus tip for 5 burgers and two shakes the fries were burnt and super salty. She said it wasmy fault my order was wrong even though I Told her I wanted cheese on it and no onions. As much as I love five guys I have to say that the order I placed today was way too rushed. Fries were not made well done and... were not crispy. I ordered 3 burgers. 2 out of the three were ordered right. The last one was missing all the toppings I hadasked for. Might not come to this five guys in specifically. Read more
Very good burgers, lots of fries, and free peanuts. You can get loads of toppings like mushrooms, onions, peppers, sauces at no... extra cost, but bacon is $1 more and cheese is $1 more. So, the only downside is the price. A burger is $8-10 average, largefries is enough for 3 people and is $6.50. $36.50 for 2 adults and 1 child and no drinks is too pricey for this style burgerplace in my opinion. If it was less cost, we would visit more often, as it is now, only 2-3 visits a year as there is lots ofcompetition with better value at this price point. Read more
You have to be patient at Five Guys since each burger is made to order. They don't cook patties prior to your order. So each... burger is custom made from scratch. This location had tons of internet and delivery orders so anyone physically there does notseem to get any priority. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you placed your order. Best thing to do is ifknow you want pick up your own food place your order before you get there and you won't be disappointed. Read more

Ordered little burger with only mayonnaise, and cheese dog both cut in half, and regular medium fries. Sadly got cheeseburger -... ugh - will take it back tomorrow. I'm sure they will remake it for me. They always taste delicious! Read more
