I?ve gone to fire house subs and a lot of other locations and this one is not good AT ALL. The sandwiches at every other... firehouse subs are nicely put together the ham is cut thin, Bacon is crispy . This location does a very poor job. I ordered forpick up through Uber eats And I am in disbelief that I just paid $10 for this! Read more

Amazing Catering Service! I just had to write a review about my experiences with the Kendall location. I've placed a number of... catering orders for office events, and even a school booster club event, and Rafael (store manager) ALWAYS takes care of me. Hemakes it his personal duty to make sure my order is prepared perfectly and on time. His team at the store is awesome. Thepresentation and freshness of the food is always on point, and the delivery is never late. These things are so important to mebecause I'm ordering lunches for clients and upper level execs sometimes. I always know I'm making a great choice withFirehouse. But I need to touch again on how amazing Rafael is. I've never met a more pleasant store manager to work with, andhoney, I have worked with them ALL from Homestead to Miami Beach. Even when I have an issue that is an inconvenience to thestore and EXPECT to have an issue that I DESERVE, Rafael just makes it work. You can hear his smile through the phone and heoften drives my orders to the office his self! What more can you really ask for? Read more
Everytime I come here theyre always forgetting some type of ingredient on the 2 subs that I order. This time NO bacon on the... club on a sub. BACON! The main reason why I order club on a sub. Man oh man I used to be an avid eater of Firehouse Subs back in college and didn't even realize that they had any locations in... Miami. Once I found out I had to come for a reminiscent bite and like always brought my boyfriend along. We came an hour beforeclosing on a weekday and was surprised to find it completely empty. I think the location for this store must be a little toughsince it's tucked away in a back corner where you could only find it if you were truly looking for it. I ordered the mediumsized Engineer but got it with brisket $6.99: melted swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and the "fully involved" (mayo, delimustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and kosher pickle on the side). SO delicious. My boyfriend went for the large (which really ishuge and easily shareable with another) of the NY Steamer $7.99: brisket, pastrami, melted provolone, mustard, mayo, and italiandressing. This is usually my go to but I'm so glad I changed up this time though both sandwiches were delicious. The reason Ican only leave three stars though is because there was a couple issues with my experience here. The person I believe to be themanager took my order so I would assume he would know proper pricing and such so I was very confused by our bill. You canupgrade your sandwich with a combo deal but instead for us he individually charged everything (our chips, soda, pickle) so thatour bill came out to be pretty expensive. When I tried to point this out he waved us off and simply walked away... The otherissue was it took way too long for our sandwiches to be made. We were the only people there and must've waited a good 15-20minutes for our food to be prepared with three able people behind the counter which I found to be pretty unacceptable. It was ok. This was My first time. I chose a sub with their name in it, assuming it was a good choice. Plus it was recommended... by the server there. I'll try again someday. Maybe My rating will change. Also, it was empty. Maybe that was a sign. Read more
