The workers there are very rude and disrespectful. Will talk smack in Spanish with you right in front of them. ( I speak... Staff couldnt communicate in English. Couldnt provide register receipt for my charge. Claimed needed to see my online banking... data (no way). Corned beef sandwiches & chips $17, seemed over priced for the hassel of waiting over 10minutes while theyfigured how to start the prep while not printing my receipt. Read more

First time at Firehouse Sub, where I came for the Tmobile promotion, which was to buy something and they give you a free sub.... When I went to order, I was received by the owner of the franchise at 9251 W Flager St, very frustrated. She began to complainabout the promotion because many people were coming in for the promotion and would only buy a cookie or chips. We understood atthe beginning since she was telling us that it was not right for their corporation to do this but then she extended it andcontinued until the order was finished. Even when my partner ordered chips, she said ?you see?? in a rude and unpleasant way.To be the owner she was very unprofessional, customers are not her friends for her to be complaining like that. When you go outto eat, you go out to have a good time. In addition, the doors got closed early, prohibiting people from coming in. Instead ofcomplaining, she could have upsold, cross-sold, not have closed the doors early (she could have offered different sandwiches),over all she could?ve handled it differently. As business owners, I would never do that to a customer, much less be complainingthat way. It was my first time going to a Firehouse Subs and probably the last. Read more

I was very satisfied with the quality of the food and the customer service. Ingrid greeted us warmly with a smile, and attended... us very kindly even while she seemed to be very occupied at that time. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we wereamazed by the taste of the subs that we ordered. We ordered a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and a New York Steamer to go.The toasted buns were very soft, and the subs were filled with generous amounts of beef and sauce. We were also impressed by thecautious measures that they were taking at the restaurant such as equipping a hand sanitizer on each table, blocking some tablesto secure social distancing for dine-in customers, and 6 feet signs on the floor. I'm looking forward to visiting thisrestaurant again soon. Read more

Great customer service, the subs are made with fresh ingredients and the staff is wonderful. The smell of the subs it's... tempting; love the fact they give you coupons to be used on your next purchase. I know they are closed due to the covid but theplace looks smart and clean. Read more

My husband and I wanted to eat something different so I suggested to Firehouse Subs so we went to eat, I ordered a turkey and... cheese on wheat bread, my husband ordered a meatball sub kinda the same thing you can order at subway and we also ordered abaked potato soup and then we waited, when we tried the subs I realized that Firehouse Subs is nothing like subway. FirehouseSubs blew Subway out of the water, the bread was soft, the sub had a great taste to it and the soup was great as well, not tomention how clean the place was, and the people were very polite and helpful... I will be going back to Firehouse Subs !!! Read more
