I love the bagels here but the staff is so rude. I have a service dog and they argued with me for like 5 min about needing me to... show proof and she wasn?t legitimate because she wasn?t wearing a vest. It is illegal to ask for proof. You can ask if she is aservice animal and what she is trained for and that is it. And it is not required to wear a vest. Please educate your team onthis. Read more
The people that work here are the worst! The lady with the pink wig was so unfriendly and obviously did not want to be at work.... I understand if people have personal issues but this was on another level. She had the worst customer service. She did not greetus and just looked at me when we proceeded to order. We ordered an all nighter to which she said they don?t have bacon, wedidn?t mind that but the matter of how it was said and how no other options were given is what rubbed me the wrong way. When wegot our order we simply asked if there was supposed to be hash browns inside. The gentleman that made it (tall man with dreads)was super rude. He literally said ? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT BRO ITS ON TOP CAN YOU NOT SEE?? To not cause any drama we justwalked away. This is by far the worst service and experience at Einstein bros. Read more
I?ve been to this location over a dozen times and it is by far the worst I?ve ever been too. The workers are so rude and always... seem annoyed that they have to get off their phones and serve a customer. They get my order wrong almost every time, it?s almostcomical. There?s only so many ways to screw up a bagel. I walked in a few weeks ago at 1:45PM on a week day and they told methey were closed. When I showed asked ?don?t you close at 2PM? one of the employees rolled her eyes and said ?do you see anyoneat the register!?? She was standing a few feet from the register. This would be a great location if they had a real manager orfired these lazy rude workers. Will not be coming here anymore despite living right next door. Read more
This is literally the worst place that serves food I've ever seen. Ordered a bagel and an iced vanilla latte today. Bagel came... out ok. The latte was dark, which was already off-putting since it's mostly milk. It tasted completely bitter, so no hint ofsugar or vanilla syrup. And the cherry on top was there were floating white specks in my coffee. I think this place is actuallyusing expired milk in their coffees. Stay safe and just stick to ordering bagels Read more
Just ok...not that I was expecting a NY bagel, but the bagel taste like nothing...didn't feel "fresh" even heated. The egg and... sausage were nooked in the microwave and it all felt like a dunking donuts remake. OJ was fresh and delicious and employeescourteous and friendly. Read more
Each Friday I go and treat myself to my favorite six cheese bagel. But today I realize why spend my hard working money in an... establishment that treats you extremely poor. The Cashier and the two food staff are aggressive, combative and just simplydisrespectful. I politely asked the cashier to toast my bagel since the last order I place all 3 bagels weren?t toasted. Lastweek I arrived at the office and notice all bagels were cold and simply didn?t taste good. So today I asked just to make sure Ididn?t get a cold bagel again, the cashier rolled her eyes and mumbled something to the other staff. Service is horrible and theattitude of all staff are unacceptable, retrained on customer service. Staff are making sure you end up with zero customer atyour store.
