I asked for a Asiago cheese bagel with veggie cream cheese and lox .As they were making it they put plain cream cheese on the... bagel to which I had asked them to remake it because I had asked for veggie cream cheese instead of remaking it they smearedveggie cream cheese on top of the already cream cheese bagel . I ordered a half dozen box and AFTER paying, they said I had to by force take the bagels that are on the half dozen box which it... does not say on their menu behind prep service area about any specific bagels, but the bagels were not what we like, so insteadof placing a complaint I demanded a refund and they said that only that one time they?ll give me the bagels I want. Today, Ichose to properly pay for each bagel individually (since the bagels I like aren?t on the half dozen box). I ordered a chocolatechip bagel amongst other flavors and as I dig in to begin eating I instead had a nasty raisin bagel! I paid nearly $3 for onesingle plain not toasted chocolate chip bagel just to notice this error while being an hour away from the store after theyclosed. Will not be coming back here. Read more
