Normally I love this place! But unfortunately there was not only one rude employee but there were two very rude employees at the... front register. They were rolling eyes at customers and making snide remarks. Not a very pleasant experience today. Read more

After searching high and low for the best place to eat in MIA International Airport, you don?t have to be Einstein, the choice... is clear, I chose the ?Farmhouse Bagel?, at Einstein Bros Bagels. It comes in delicious bagel, with eggs, cream cheese, ham andbacon, I would say ?flavored to kill for? if I knew it wouldn?t alert the TSA right across. Try it. The bagel. Read more

We had a 4 hour layover in Miami after a red eye from Seattle. After that super long flight, a delicious bagle sounded perfect... for breakfast. This Einstein's bagle shop is flat out terrible. Not only did they have a limited selection at 9am, the servicesucked. I ordered an everything bagle toasted with cream cheese. When I bit into the bagle I noticed it barely had any creamcheese. See pics below. Corporate, the owner, or whoever is in charge of this location really needs to ensure better qualitycontrol. I read through some of the reviews and it looks like "the owner" has responded on negative reviews in the past. Whatmakes me laugh is those reviews are 6+ months old. Quality control and staff training have clearly been an ongoing problem butnothing has changed. Read more
