I probably visit here about 3 times a week. Probably shouldn?t admit to that, but it?s the truth. I manage a restaurant, so I... know the challenges people in the industry face. Rude people, long hours, and not much appreciation. Navy and her crew arealways busy. Yet they are always very pleasant. Navy has been at several locations that I have visited. Wherever she goes, hercrew is great. She moves, the old store she had, it just isn?t the same. Navy obviously understands team building and takes careof her customers. This coming from someone who has been in the restaurant business for almost 30 years?I hope this companyunderstands the asset they have in Navy. If not, I?m this market, someone else will. I wish I can do zero stars. The often get the order wrong, you have to ask for essentials, napkins, stir and sugar or you won?t... get it. They take sooo long either dining in or drive thru. Even though I order in advance using the app still long wait .. mindyou the store doesn?t seem busy.. ???????????????????????? Management needs to regroup and train staff they aren?t to blame!! The new generation is running the show. All tables were dirty in the 1/2 hour I was there no employee came to clean the... tables.customers had to do their job. Service is terrible! I was exiting you open so close to my house but it?s disappointing! Placed the order on the app and 30... minutes later once arrived at the store was not ready! Then when i ask a young employee what?s the point of ordering online if30 minutes later is not ready then another young kid said it?s the weekend, that?s not my problem! Either hire more ppl orfollow the system! Then I requested to speak to the manager and 5 minutes later still not showing up! Smh and not ordering hereagain! Luckily there is competition around!
