They are under staffed. The Manager told me they won't allow him to hire enough team members. Waited 20mts for a dozen... donuts. Only one person before me. They also did not have many donuts to choose from. Bad customer experience!! Read more
lobby was closed for hours before closing time and then through drive-through do not wanna serve us food. African-American... employee was telling another employee why he closed the store early it is a Sunday at 4:35 PM horrible service will recommendthe whole neighborhood to not go. The associate could not get the order right I kept telling her what we wanted and she kept repeating the wrong items when I... ordered a drink she started to school me on what I need to ask for when ordering a drink. I told her never mind we will goelsewhere and she told me not to be poorly educated and return ???? to complete the order. We left and went to a differentcoffee house where our order was perfect.
