We stopped by today around 2 pm through the drive-thru hoping to get coffees and a Hispanic older lady helped us, but felt... really disrespected by the way she rushed us in ordering while looking at the menu when there were no cars behind us. We askedher if we can have a minute and then she asked very rudely if we were ready to order again. We went through drive-thru becausewe have two kids in the back under 4. We told her we weren?t ready to order because we were asking our son if he wanted a donut,she rudely told us to go inside and order. I have never been disrespected through a drive thru, we ended up leaving (by the waythere still wasn?t any cars behind us in the drive-thru line) We went back to this place hoping it would be better service ifwe went inside 11/11/22. My husband asked nicely if they were participating in the veterans deal they were having & the manrudely handed him a bag that included the donut and asked to see his card/proof rudely. We have tried to give this place asecond chance but both times at this same location we have been disrespected. I understand that some customers can be rude, butyou don?t have to be so mean to everyone. Read more

I always have good experience at Dunkin, and they tend to go a little extra to make sure I'm happy ???? I always come back!

Ordered a vanilla cream doughnut if it had one spoonful of vanilla cream I might be exaggerating wanted a small cup of coffee... they said it had to be medium because they had no small cups where is donut mediocre coffee but great service won?t come back Read more

This Dunkin is horrible!!! It has no variety no matter what day you go it is empty . A donut?s place without donuts. The coffee... also horrible. It?s so weird!!! Read more

Save yourself, absolutely horrible customer service. I went inside to grab a coffee and a bagel, and they took a long time to... acknowledge me, once they did, I clearly stated what I wanted, ordered it, and I asked before I ordered if there was a specificbagel available. The young female at the counter stated yes, we have the bagel you?re choosing to buy. I also, asked for an icedcoffee, with no to little ice, and they provided me with a cup full of ice. THEY PRIORITIZE THE DRIVE THRU, save yourself timeand maybe if you order, do it at the drive thru. They don?t care about taking care and paying attention to your order whenyou?re ordering inside to sit down. What a shame, another franchise that cares only about productivity and forget customerservice. My last time going to Dunkin? Donuts. Read more

Take your money elsewhere because that place does NOT care for your business. I was the drive through and no one asked me what I... needed while bunch of people in there running their mouth. I even stopped at the window to see if anyone would ask me any butain?t nobody care. Read more

Not a great experience. They are understaffed and I understand the anxiety that comes with that, I just wish the manager and the... guy at the drive thru window could communicate better with the customers. The manager seemed overwhelmed, and due to that shetalked to me in an agitated manner. The only 5-star rating I would give, at this moment, would to an employee named Joshua. Youcould tell he was hustling to keep them above water. Btw, he was communicating and relaying reasonable expectations. Read more
