I placed an online order at 6:2 and when I went to pick it up at 6:15 it was closed. At about 6:20 I saw a lady from the window... and she made signs to me that they opened at 7, on google and in the application they said they opened at 6:00.The lady who wasinside I never saw her again even though I called, they never gave me an explanation, I also lost the money for the orderbecause I had to go on a trip and I couldn't wait until 7am.I am very upset not only for losing $29.22 but for the wholesituation, the treatment and the lie with the schedule Read more
This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been to, in fact I haven?t been to ANY restaurant with as horrible service at this... one. The manager with the short hair is terrible at managing the place. Us and 2 more walk in customers behind us werecompletely ignored for literally 15 mins until I said ?hello? to catch her attention so someone would take outright order towhich she responded with a nasty and rude tone saying ?WAIT?. We were patient enough already by waiting 15 mins just for someoneto even acknowledge people are inside waiting to order, everyone in the store behind us were also upset / frustrated because noone was there to take orders. The manager had the whole staff working in the back and no one at the counter to take orders. Iwill never go back to this DD or recommend anyone else here as well. Read more
I like so many others love Dunkin donuts they are friendly I'am giving them a 4 star because when I order my breakfast and... latte I always get two Splenda in my latte and most of the time I don't get the Splenda it says it on the little white stickeron the cup but no suger. But other then them not paying attention to the order they are good. Read more
I had to heat my sandwich up because the cheese wasn't melted. But I haven't had Dunkin Donuts in years. It wasn't too bad.

Manager (blonde Cuban Lady with blue eyes) who was super rude talking loud to her employee infront of all the clients. In top of... all, she does not change her gloves after touching money or picking up from the floor and cleaning counter top. She goes rightahead with the same gloves and moves the donuts on the rack. The same donuts clients are eating. The sad part is that she seementitled to such behavior since she herself said "yo soy el manager!" Read more
