Avoid. Depends on the time of morning, at 8 barely anyone, I walked in at 9am, 20+ people in line for drinks. Even order ahead... wasn?t worth it. One of the employees carried the drink with her finger in the cup. No thanks Should build a drive thru! Read more

Had to repeat my order 10 times. The two ladies that were bilingual gave our order away to another person. Didn?t even read out... the ticket numbers. They give away orders to just anyone. By the time we got our everything bagel, we specially asked for thecream cheese to be on the side and they didn?t do it(had to repeat 5 times for it to be on the side) RIDICULOUS. I wont bereturning!! these people need to get it together and actually learn how to make coffee cuz theirs taste like ????. Read more
A really great DD team. Strongly recommend ordering ahead through the DD app. Honestly it took me a while to get used to this... place. It's very busy. Staff works very hard to get the customer orders out. Ordering with the app and giving them a fewminutes to prep really helps at this location. Read more
Just left this store, the guy at the register wasn?t friendly or helpful at all. It?s an hour and a half before they close and... he told me the kitchen was closed. After asking about which refresher he thought was better, he replied ?I don?t like either oneof them so idk?. Im not sure if that was a genuine response or if he just didn?t want to make the drink. After ordering a chailatte, He slid my drink across to me without saying a word. I will always choose Starbucks over Dunkin? for this specificreason. Dunkin employees are 8 out of the 10 times extremely rude. My chai latte just tastes like milk. I also finished it inlike 4 sips because it was 90% ice. UPDATE: I tried again today with a mobile order, arrived the same rude employee told methey didn?t have the syrup I said okay that?s fine just give me vanilla. He then slides the drink towards me again. I tell himthere?s no cold foam, he then with an attitude pours out the smallest amount of the drink ever and puts whipped cream ontop??..whipped cream is not cold foam?.never again. Rude employees who are unprofessional & inconsiderate as well ignorant. I visited this location & did not complete my purchase... because of the employees behavior. Making disparaging comments about a customer's race shows why the would be adult on shift isstill stuck making high school wages as an adult. I will never come to this location again. Read more
The doughnuts are AWESOME (Boston Cream!), but the coffee is the best. They have much more than doughnuts. The service was... quick and friendly. Plenty of parking, and if you are in a hurry all the time, download the app, and you can order before youget there, pick it up and go go. Read more
Corporate - please check your staff! The workers are strange and UNSANITARY. None of the workers are clean. They handle money... and food at the same time. They touch pets and then touch food they?re preparing. Staff is also rude to customers, they have somuch attitude. Read more
