I purchase 1/2 dozen chocolate, strawberry, glaze, vanilla donuts each and every donuts was stale dry crumbling. If I didn't... live so far I would have taken them back. I will never ever go purchase anymore donuts at that location. Also, they were out ofmore than have the variety that they sale there. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Just incase someone is wondering I am not making this up andnever give a bad review but I am so disappointed and feel that I just threw away $7.19 I could have used to buy gas instead ofwasting it at Dunkin Donuts!!!! Real nice and fresh food and coffee. The drive thru could be a little faster. But the wait is worth it
I've given up on this location of Dunkin donuts. The architects must be laughing their arses off for that design. The insane... maze you must go through just to order coffee notwithstanding the fact that the customers are mostly still asleep when departingthe window creates an almost NASCAR ordering experience. The last time the poor sap in front of me waited 10 minutes to orderonly to find that the place wasn't open at 10 am. No signs. No nothing. So this is one donut I don't have to wake up for becausethey didn't wake up either. Read more
I went 2 weeks ago, and they were already not serving food a whole hour before closing time and I just went yesterday, and they... were completely closed a whole hour before closing time. Other customers arrived behind me hoping to order, but also had toleave. Very poor and sad way to run a business. Run the place properly or close the place down. Worst service ever!!! My Uber eats order got completely wrong! No coffee!!! At all!! All of my hashbrown orders are completely... burnt out as you can see below!!! This place is hit or miss. I was very disappointed with the watered down coffee. I went about 6:30pm and was told there were no... donuts available, only Bavarian Creme, which I love so I said OK. When I drove off, I checked my bag and it was a Boston Cream,which I don't particularly care for. It's obvious someone doesn't know their donuts. I also asked for light ice on coffee andcup was still ful off ice. I asked and paid for a second, clearly asking for less ice and nothing changed. I will never go backhere again. A couple months ago my boyfriend and I had a not so good experience ordering drive thru in this location. They gave him a... defective cup and broke in the car while the guy was giving us the drinks, they didn?t offered to give us another drink and saidthey didn?t have napkins.. Today I walked in and the girl in the register was nice, the cook was very professional and thecroissant I ordered was so good I had another one! I?m giving it 4 stars because the manager was really rude to their employees.If a manager treats people like that is not much of a role model. I want to be clear, I place no blame for the poor service on the individuals who work here. That said the speed of service here... is ridiculously slow. It is functionally only a drive-thru (at least in the mornings when I have gone), the in-store has beenclosed for months. To the best of my ability to tell, I believe it is being run by a minimal staff, it could even be just oneperson. The drive-thru line has taken 30+ minutes on more than one occasion. The quality is fine. The owner's of this franchiseneed to run a better shop for their employee's and customer's sake as I have seen many patrons get cross with the staff for theslow speed when they are clearly understaffed handling both the morning rush via drive-thru and naturally 3rd party deliveryapps.
