I come to this Dunkin everyday. Usually, the staff is amazing! I'm not sure if this is a new worker or not, but I have never... seen her before. It was a light skin woman with long square pink nails, working the drive thru window, who was very rude and hadan attitude. On October 12, 2022, at around 10:40ish in the morning, I came to the drive-thru, and told her on the speaker Iwanted a medium Caramel Cappuccino. She stated just pull forward. She told me a price of 12.35 so, I asked her why. The ladystated I ordered a Turkey Bacon sandwich with a regular coffee. I told her I ordered a caramel cappuccino. She stated on herscreen I ordered a Turkey Bacon sandwich with a coffee. I told her I did not order that. She went back and forth about what Iordered. I asked to see a manager, then she looked on her screen, and told me I ordered a caramel macchiato. I told her Iordered a cappuccino, she stated everyone heard me order a macchiato. This didn't make sense because she stated before, sheheard me order a turkey bacon sandwich. I asked for the manager, she stated the manager is not here. I asked her when themanager was coming back, she stated in 2 hours. Then she continued to argue to me about my order, instead of just giving me theCappuccino I ordered. I left without the Cappuccino, because the rude lady at the drive-thru wanted to give me what she wantedto give me. Horrible service and I will never be coming back. The woman taking the orders for the drive thru was very rude. Not only that, after asking the young lady at the window to... review my order, she informed the woman cooking the food of what she thought was a mistake. Not only did she get yelled at bythe cook, but was also rudely informed by the woman taking the orders to remain in her place and don't move from her area. Shefurther stated do not be afraid of her (meaning me). This is unacceptable. I apologized to the young lady at the window forcausing the confusion because she was clearly upset. Management needs to train their employees on how to speak to one another. Employees can get their point across without shouting (because I could hear them clearly, with no regard to the customer -- ME). I neglected to state, part of my order was WRONG. I tried calling, but no one answered. In order to grow, sometimes we needto take a step back and reflect on how we could have handled situation(s) differently. Bad muy Malo it was 8:30 am the door was close an employee open the door and send me to the drive thru I said no I want to dine... in and she gave me a good advice GO TO MCDONALD'S what a nice employee donkin donuts have. Read more

Be prepared to wait 10 minutes or more,To get to order your food in the drive thru line,.also be prepared to be told they no... longer have your Items?. very sad and discouraging to tell your mom the simple things that she order is not available?. Or thetruck isn?t here. Read more

This is my new favorite place to eat. First of all, Dunkin Donuts is really stepping up their game with their food and drink... selections but most importantly all the staff here is AMAZING. I have only been twice so far (yesterday and I had to come backfor round 2 today because it was so great) and both times made my day. There is one woman in particular who works here who needsa raise ASAP. She is on top of things and so kind both to the customers and helping the other newer staff. If she is not amanager already I hope she becomes one soon. I have only made one google review before but she deserves to be recognized becauseshe is excellent at her job and goes above and beyond. I went there today at 9:45 pm they only offered cold beverages and when I asked for donuts they didn't let me talk and the... language that they used to me was super rude, then when I asked for theirs name they through a croissant and a muffin at my carand closed the window when I was talking. I will not go there anymore. Read more

Went in on 1/27 morning around 9:20 and got a bagel with cream cheese. Usually I don't have to check it but when I got home and... look at it, there was such a thin amount of cream cheese on it and one side of the bagel barely had anything on it. I understandit is a business but charging like 1.10 more for a thin amout of cream cheese is not worth it. Read more
