I just went to the Dunkin Donuts on Coral Way and 85th Avenue. It was such horrible customer service. The young lady at the... register did not even greet me or my children. And simultaneously to receiving zero friendliness from the register clerk, theother 2 employees that work in the back had their voices very elevated while they were complaining about their work and theirco-workers. If I could give no stars, I would. This Dunkin used to employed a young man named Orlandito, he and the ladies who worked with... him provided excellent customer service. Now, the place is very dirt. I went in the morning and tables, chairs, glass windows,floor were filthy. Coffee cold, donuts dry, no sugar or napkins in place. It appeared as if the shop was open without beingprepared for a new business day. The two women who were there were talking to each other and handled food without gloves.Neither showed courtesy.
