I usually don't write reviews, but this needed on. I did not have a good experience this morning. I was given the wrong coffee.... I asked for Regular and received Mocha Swirl. How upset I was to even take a sip of that. I called the manager and she did notoffer to replace anything. She stated the phone was going to cut off and something about her son and she hung up. And might Iadd the Donut was not fresh at all. It was like it sat out overnight and was ruff around the edges. I should have held up theline and checked my coffee an my donut, but me trying to get to work early I get this horrible experience. I guess it's a 1stfor everything but never again. Read more
Over the past months I?ve been coming to this Dunkin? Donuts the drive-through has been ridiculous. The staff is friendly and... nice. But the waiting time through the drive-through it?s crazy. It?s like they have a time stamp or something, they make youwait before they take your order. And than you still got a wait to pay. i?m not sure if they?re doing this to control thetraffic flow. Because it is located in a busy intersection and very convenient location. But they should work on their drivethrough management a lot better. Read more
I had an issue with the product freshness of the creamer used in my coffee, that I didn?t notice until I was miles away and had... to return to the store. The barrister made a fresh coffee using a different product and after explaining why I should berefunded, the Manager agreed and refunded my money and gave me the coffee free. Read more
So I ordered snaking bacon this morning. MIND YOU I'M HERE ATLEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK. Bacon wasn't done nor was it hot. I gave it... back, the lady says you have to let us know you want it well done. WHO EATS RAW PORK? Then they told me to park while they cookit more. The lady that bought me the COOKED bacon back told me "you have to tell us hot bacon when ordering". Today, I came to this location for breakfast. The dining room was closed, and they only opened the drive-through. The line was... long, but it moved at a steady pace. The worker was friendly at first, but then she grew impatient and said, " hurry up, you'reholding up my line. My line is out in the street." I said, " I wanted a turkey, egg, and sausage on a cinnamon raisin bagel."The more me and more family ordered, the more frustrated they became. I didn't even finish my order or thoroughly look throughthe menu. I just said, "that would be all." The food was fresh and hot. It tasted great, but they needed to improve theircustomer service. Love the vibe, as soon as you walk in you're presented with music you will rock to and a warm welcome. The food it's delicious,... the pizzas are very tasty. I will definitely recommend coming here either for a lunch or dinner date or bring ? Read more
