This establishment has a g a y boy working there that keeps staring at me and I think he's doing weird things to my drinks on... multiple occasions. I'm very sorry for the low rate. But they didn't have available the flavor of ice cream I wanted. Banana split. Then I asked for... a Sunday and they served just ice cream. Didn't asked me if I wanted a cone or cup. I wanted a cone but received a cup. Personin charge was loud too. :( Read more
These employees don?t want business and definitely know nothing about customer service. They have a habit of closing 5-10... minutes early and when you knock on the door they wave you off and tell you to leave. In the afternoon the lady that assists me is super sweet. No only that when I try to order a $1.89 drink and asked for almond... milk they tried to charge me a dollar extra. I come here every afternoon and my total has been the same yet the morning stafftry to argue with me. It doesn?t make sense that adding a splash of almond milk costs more than half the drink itself. No outside seating, we had to sit next to smelly sleeping homeless man inside a few times already. Homeless come to sleep inside... the store, and after closing they sleep outside. This shows that the owner doesn't care about what's going on with the store,meaning other issues are definitely overlooked and ignored as far as cleanliness and safety.
