I NEVER write a review about anything good or bad but the attitude the workers here have is disgusting. They have music blasting... so they can?t even hear you when you?re making an order. They have ZERO desire to work & treat everyone so rudely. They got myorder wrong and when I told them I asked for ice & not hot the girl who took my order made the stankest face and started makingremarks with the manager about me. I came in for an avocado toast and a black coffee. I was charged for biscuit and when asked for a refund because I didn?t order... that,the cashier gave me a receipt for a dozen of donuts and refunded 5.99. She asked me to swipe my card for the refund andwhen I look at both receipts.. I was charged 5.99 twice. In addition to being charged extra, the cashier was rude. Will neverorder from there again. This Dunkin location keeps closing before the listed closing time- basically whenever they feel like it- on days like Halloween... and the day before Thanksgiving while staying open for mobile orders. As a result, I have walked away empty handed & now haveto try to get my money back from customer service because the mobile order I placed will not be fulfilled. Whoever is in chargeof management here also doesn't respect customers enough to put up signage letting people know the location will be closedearly. I added one star because service has been quick and efficient when I have ordered from here in the past.
