I completed a mobile order on the go to for a caramel latte & sesame seed bagel through the drive thru. When I arrived, the... representative stated that I needed to come inside to get my order because they just received my order. In all of the times I'vedone mobile orders, this was the FIRST time I was told that I needed to come inside to retrieve my order. Furthermore, I wastold that they were out of sesame seed bagels. When I questioned why I had to come inside (especially since there were at least3 cars ahead of me) I was told that I needed to wait 5 - 10 mins before coming through the drive thru. The logic of that justdoesn't make sense. I could pull up to the drive-thru and my order would completed with no problem, but because I did my orderon the go, it's an issue? What difference does it make? Isn't it supposed to be more convenient to order online? With theattitude, rudeness and unprofessionalism of these reps, I asked the reps for my money back, but i was told they couldn't do it.So I drove off with no coffee, no bagel, no money back. Very disappointed because overall, I'm very satisfied with Dunkin, butthus was the WORST experience I ever had visiting one of the locations. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. At 6am November 1st 2022, my sister and I were greeted with the upright most unprofessional... customer service from the manager at this location.We pulled up to the drive through window and in a minute of us revising themenu the manager greeted us through the mic with attitude. She stated that we needed to pull up to the window because we wererunning up her timer. We do not come to Dunkin? Donuts that often to know exactly what we want to order every time and in aminute of us being in the drive thru. We stated to the lady well we need to look at the menu to know what to order and if shecould give us a second to find out. When we decided what we were going to order we politely told her through the mic that wewere ready to order multiple times and we got no response. We then drove up to the window as she asked and were ignored. We thenknocked on the window to get their attention and were signaled to now come inside the store. We then went inside and the managertold us that we were messing with her timer which gets her a bonus as she stated. When we tried to explain our part she spokewith high altitude tone in her voice and told us that she was not going to argue with us and that we would no longer be servedby her. There was another employee there with the manager and the other was so kind and tried taking our order in the middle ofher manager yelling. This type of customer service we have never experienced. We are disgusted and flabbergasted by thiscustomer service especially coming from a manager and so early at that. Read more

The morning staff while slow at least does a decent job with the order, however two girls in afternoon shift were terrible. No... one was ahead of me in line, I placed an order for coffee and food, coffees were made but after 5 min of waiting they asked if Ihad ordered something else, I told her 2 wakeup wraps and a has brown, they made the wakeup wraps, which were were burned andfalling apart, a few minutes later then gave me bag with no hashbrowns, so I had to ask again. Spent about 15 min in there withno other customers, please train afternoon employees better. I'll go to Starbucks in the meantime Read more

Never been to this location. Did not know it was located inside a gas station. But the sign is not hard to miss. The young man... there hopefully is new & just unsure of himself. He will get better with greeting, speaking to customers so they hear andunderstand him. We have to be patient with new employees. Often times we get agitated during their training process. I ordereda dozen and a half bagels. A young lady (Deidre)assists (no pleasantries) but her entire demeanor was a lazy Saturday morningfoot dragging around the house mood. Then another woman I want to assume is the manager assisted. It took 10 minutes to get the18 bagels ????(only 3 kinds). They were warm and the office staff enjoyed them. Employees are sooo rude and they can?t read, mobile order was skim milk NO sugar I get the coffee with cream and loaded with... sugar and I ask this is skim milk and I get a nasty response it?s milk with an attitude and walks away. Poor quality customerservice don?t recommend going there unless you like dealing with rude people and like getting your drink made wrong and have todeal with it. Read more

Im not sure why I keep trying to give this Dunkin ?another chance? because literally every time in here it?s the worst... experience. I went to the drive thru, was told to park my car in front and they?ll bring my order. Waited for nearly 15 minutes.So I came inside (which defeats the purpose of drive thru) and I?m still waiting another 15 minutes just to have my order messedup. Do not come to this Dunkin unless you have at least 30 minutes to spare and okay with a messes up order. Read more

I visited this Dunkin? and went through the drive through and had just one passenger in my car. Your employee Deirdre refused to... do two separate orders and had quite a nasty attitude. This isn?t my first bad experience at this Dunkin? but it?s definitely myworst. Deirdre said we were running up her timer and if we wanted two orders we could either loop back through the drivethrough or come inside. This is directly across from a college so I would think there would be lots of requests for separateorders. In the end we left. It is abundantly clear that Deirdre doesn?t care about her job one bit and shouldn?t be dealing withany customers. If you check your yelp and Google reviews you?ll see numerous complaints of the same employee. Read more

Asked for hibiscus tea with honey and lemon . They gave me chamomile and told me they were out of honey at the window. I... confirmed hibiscus again at the window they said yes . This is not hibiscus. Hibiscus tea is pink. Nothing in the hole to stopthe tea from spilling out like Starbucks. Read more
