Two nights in a row one on a Saturday tonight on a Sunday I?ve gone there at 7 o?clock on the dot both days and could not have... any food made for me or my family. They closed the kitchen three hours before closing time, their excuse was that they had tohave the machines cool down so that they could clean them. I know being a chef, that is not at all the case. I feel that it isunsatisfactory that they close the kitchen down because of their inability to serve customers like they?re supposed to do. Read more
This location is hit or miss with getting your older right and management clearly doesn?t care. Also unless you speak Spanish... your going to have a hard time ordering here. I myself have had to help people with the language barrier. It?s a shame thesecompanies don?t control their franchises more to maintain a standard company wide. Read more
UPDATE: Thank you for the lights on the menu board. We can now see the menu. Loving the pumpkin menu. Please install light on... your drive thru menu board. Very hard to see at 6:15 am when that tree casts a light shadow on a dark board. Overall the avocadotoast is delicious and the donuts are always good. Read more
Employees are great, they?ll rarely mess up your order. However, the intercom is absolutely atrocious. You?d have a better time... talking through a tin can and a string. Also they only put sprinkles on one half of their donuts. I asked for a sprinkled donutman, not half a sprinkled donut. Artistic choice or not, what a rip off. Read more
I haven't gone to this dunkin donuts in years. Last time I went was like 10 years ago and I always knew that shop for its... tremendous customer service and freshness. They did not disappoint. The young lady at the register was full of positive energy. Read more
The inconsistency of this place is truly immaculate. If you go to this Dunkin and don?t run into some kind of problem whether... it?s the staff takes a long time or your order is slightly messed up, buy a lottery ticket. I will always come back here becauseI love Dunkin and the staff is friendly just very inconsistent with the food which results in a bad experience like a bagel withcream cheese with no cream cheese. These people have changed for the better because this place was a hot mess for a while. But they are making better coffee, your... ice latte won?t be a cup of milk and they changed some staff who are nicer. The manger is the same man Read more
