one time i ordered a decaf iced coffee and they gave me caffeinated, i didn?t realize until the effects kicked in. i have... medical issues and caffeine makes me unwell. then another time i asked for an iced coffee with vanilla and cold foam and what ireceived was reminiscent of a bitter, watery mess. usually i ask for extra flavoring because i like my coffee sweeter and theynever deliver. always comes out as bitter and watery. also not very nice. I am on the Keto diet and I love I can order my eggs bacon and cheese separately. Everything they have for breakfast is... delicious. I love my food fresh and hot. I highly recommend Dunkin' Donuts they always have new items coming to their menu andthe attention that I receive in Dunkin' Donuts is excellent. I love Dunkin donuts. Read more

I have been coming here for years, my office it?s actually 2 blocks away, but recently the staff is giving more attention to the... drive through rather than the people at the counter. It?s faster in the drive through. In addition, the service at the counterhas gone down to a rating of 0, you walk up to the counter and the guy looks at you and keeps on walking, you actually wait 2 to3 minutes before we even get a good morning. They didn't have multigrain bagel which was fine w.e. but I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. The girl you took the... order seemed to be in a big rush however upon looking inside the restaurant there was not a soul in there. This was yesterdayaround 12pm btw. I was trying to get back to work and didn't feel like having anything big for lunch. I ended up getting aregular bagel, asked for it toasted and cream cheese once again.... I received non toasted bagel with really nothing of creamcheese it was so weird. Like I was confused at how anyone spread that. It started to make my wonder if it was an old bagelsomeone had made a mistake on or something it made no sense. Here is a pic. I honestly was so annoyed I had to throw it out. This place doesn?t deserve any stars. The workers here are so rude. There?s a Spanish lady that?s always screaming through the... drive thru and then always has an attitude when you drive up to the window. Today I went to pick up my mobile order and Inoticed that my coffee is missing the new cookie butter cold brew so I mention it to the lady and I literally see her just putwhip cream and wlak to the back with my coffee to come back and hand it to me and she says there you go hands me the coffee & Iwalk off. As I notice i realize there?s no Cookie cold brew foam it?s just the whip cream so I go back to the drive thru and shetells me oh there?s no cookie cold brew?.. I told her why did she say she added it she literally said ?idk it wasnt me so? so Idrove off like you couldn?t have the decency to tell me hey we don?t have anymore but let me still charge you for it and pretendthat we are adding it. NEVER coming back here again. Paid $5 for a coffeee and didn?t even get what I asked for. Do better it?sthe least you could do you work at Dunkin?s like cmon.
